Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive the wrong product
- You receive a missing item in your order
To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear unboxing video
- Product photos
Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and personal-use reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Opened products
- Products damaged after use
- Orders returned due to change of mind
Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI after approval
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
