At Cuties Club, we want you to love your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong product
• You receive a missing item in your order

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear unboxing video
• Product photos

Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personal-use reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

• Used products
• Opened products
• Products damaged after use
• Orders returned due to change of mind

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days
• COD refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI after approval

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
